Background
I bring to my clients more than 25 years of experience advising buyers and sellers in luxury, resort and second-home markets, including Portugal and Miami, the Florida Keys and Park City, Utah luxury second home markets in the USA. More than 10 of those years have been with Berkshire Hathaway, giving me a deep understanding of the brand and the expectations of discerning clients. My focus in Madeira is with second-home buyers, investors and developers, with particular expertise serving English and Spanish speaking clients from the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Latin America and other international markets.
My approach is professional, personal and low-pressure: I listen carefully, understand what matters most to each client, and work to match those priorities with the right property and opportunity. I hold an MBA from Clemson University and a BA from The University of Miami in the USA along with and an active Florida Real Estate Broker license with the following
professional accreditations, CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations.

Everything! Portugal offers a super rare combination of welcoming people, rich culture, wonderful food, natural beauty and a pace of life that encourages genuine balance. Madeira, in particular, stole my heart from the moment I first visited and I feel beyond fortunate to now call this spectacular island my home. I love sharing that enthusiasm with clients and helping them discover their own slice of paradise here, whether it is a holiday home, an investment or a permanent residence.
