The property does not have a pool, however, there is plenty of space in front of the house to have one installed. An eco-friendly, natural pool would be the obvious choice to remain in harmony with the surroundings.

The Quinta is not hooked up to the national grid and depends on solar and wind power. In case of any outage, there is a gas generator (set apart from the house), which can be used as a backup. Water comes from a private borehole (150m deep), whilst not suitable for drinking, it is perfectly good enough for all other requirements. 

The property is about 1.5km off the main road, along a well-maintained, dirt road. Whilst there are no immediate neighbours, there are a good number of houses in the near vicinity. 

This property would be perfect for anyone looking for a quiet location within easy access of Tavira and all its amenities.
