These two fantastic houses have the typical appearance of the region, with the use in
their construction of basalt rocks and the red color normally used in the houses of this
island.

Located in the Areeiro area in the parish of São Mateus, this property has in the main
house, distributed over two floors, five bedrooms, two kitchens, three bathrooms,
large common areas and machinery rooms. Both floors have independent entrances.
And some of the rooms have balconies.

The old cellar was transformed into a T1 with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
Surrounding the main house are beautiful gardens, a pergola with vines, a porch, and a
jacuzzi with an outdoor shower to relax in after a long day.

It also has a wine cellar in the annex, an outdoor space with a wood oven and
barbecue.

The property has a Local Lodging license, which means it can be used for rent if you
want.

It has boilers for heating water, air conditioning, clothes treatment areas, central
vacuum system, thermal and acoustic insulation, climate control, and easy access for
wheelchair users. It has a large parking area inside.

A few meters away you can find a small bathing area and a leisure area overlooking the

find everything you need including the port and airport. The Areeiro area is part of the Vineyard Culture Landscape of Pico Island, being aUNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004.
