If you are a winter visitor then it is quite possible Vilamoura will be too quiet for you and you want to seek a location less dependent on tourism. A place where the locals live and still retains a busy atmosphere all through the year. In fact, Albufeira, that is recognised as the most popular resort is ideal in winter. Those property purchasers who ignored it in summer could fall in love with its beauty in winter.
And not forgetting the Silver Coast…those clients looking to buy Silver Coast property could well find the summer absolutely perfect. The temperatures are not so high and on average you would expect 23/24 degrees through the summer. A fresher breeze and a much slower pace of life than the Algarve.
