I spent the last 10+ years working at one of the most prestigious and oldest private gentleman's club in London, heading up the wine department as head sommelier. I have been lucky enough to have met people from all walks of life from around the world, from pop stars to heads of state.
What do you like most about Portugal?
Madeira became my goal since I first visited the island back in 2014. I was captured by the climate, nature, food & wine, and the warmth of it's people.

What do you like doing when you're not working?
Riding my motorbike, swimming in the sea and spending quality time with family and friends over a nice meal and glass of wine.
