Originally from the United States, I have travelled many places in the world and finally found the place to call my home. I moved to São Miguel Island, in the Azores, about 3 years ago. I spent that time developing a business and building strong connections with both local and expat communities here on the island. With a background in marketing, floral decor and event coordination, I like to say I thrive on chaos. It is important for me to always be learning and challenged to become the best version of myself.
What do you like most about Portugal?
I love the natural beauty of São Miguel Island, every day makes me feel connected to nature from the lush green landscapes and volcanic lakes to the hydrangea-lined roads.
São Miguel offers the perfect balance of natural beauty and close-knit community. I enjoy the warmth of the people, the fresh local food, and the feeling that life here is more grounded and fulfilling.

What do you like doing when you're not working?
I believe we always have time for what we prioritize, Whether that is spending time with loved ones, chasing waterfalls, kickboxing, or reading a good book, I value spending my time on meaningful connections and experiences. I am also a licensed Paragliding pilot here in Portugal, so occasionally you might find me in the sky.
