Background
I have been living in Portugal since 2010, when I moved to the Algarve and settled in Faro. While studying Civil Engineering at the University of Algarve, I started working in sales across different industries. Over time, I discovered that real estate was the perfect fit for me, combining my technical background as an engineer with my passion for working with people.
What do you like most about Portugal?
Portugal reminds me of my hometown, Rio de Janeiro, especially the Algarve with its incredible holiday atmosphere. I am a big fan of history, so it feels like a blessing to live in one of the oldest countries in the world, especially one that shares so many cultural and architectural connections with Brazil. I love the Algarve so much that I have never thought about living anywhere else in Portugal. This is home for me. The climate is wonderful, I enjoy the Mediterranean diet, the people are welcoming, and the natural surroundings are beautiful.
Why do you like working for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Portugal Property?
I have been a shareholder in Berkshire Hathaway since 2018, so I have always admired the company’s values and philosophy. Being part of the team here in Portugal gives me the chance to be directly involved in the company’s success while developing personally and professionally by working alongside such a dedicated and inspiring group of people.
What do you like to do when you are not working?
My favourite thing to do is spend time with my family. As a Brazilian, dance is a big part of my life and helps me connect with people wherever I go. I also enjoy nature, so activities like camping are perfect for me. I have always liked individual sports because I grew up practicing them, and I try to travel whenever I can.
