A lovely 2 bedroom cosy traditional cottage which is very nicely maintained in a quiet location, not overlooked yet within easy access to amenities.
Located just on the edge of a rural village yet within walking distance to the shops, market, cafes, butchers and restaurants. Just a 10 min drive to Tavira.
Set in a 2500m2 fenced plot, you enter through a lovely archway entrance with room to park up to 3 cars with mature gardens all around. On entering the main cottage it feels warm and welcoming with a cosy feel. Laid out over the one level there is a nice recently modernised kitchen with room for a kitchen table and to the side is the utility/laundry room with access to a covered breakfast terrace.
Moving into the lounge it is light and has two sets of patio doors. It looks out over the south facing covered patio and beautiful gardens. There is a wood burning stove and off the lounge is the guest bathroom.
From the hallway leading from the lounge are two very good sized bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and the master is en suite. One bedroom is currently used as an office but would easily take a double bed.
The outside covered terrace is very spacious with plenty of areas for sofa seating and outdoor dining, usable for summer and winter sunny days, with a retractable awning which can be stored away when not in use. Overlooking the gardens and orange groves, it is quiet and peaceful, not overlooked.
A second garden wood house is apart from the main cottage and has been used for guests, with two bedrooms, bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and cosy lounge it also comes with its own covered terrace and BBQ area.
The plot has been lovingly natured and now provides, oranges, lemons, tangerines and other fruits, at the far side is a vegetable plot and above ground dip pool for cooling off during the heat of the summer.
A property that would make a fantastic home with plenty of room for visitors, or as a holiday home for a larger family.
