There is a choice of two and three-bedroom apartments, each with a private terrace, storage room, covered car parking space, and access to the communal facilities. The single-level apartments are arranged over two floors, with seven on the 1st floor and seven on the 2nd floor, offering views over the valleys of Lourinhã and/or over the Atlantic Ocean. On the lower ground floor of the apartment building is a covered garage, where each apartment owns an allocated parking space and a private storage locker. There is also a ground-floor gym for use by residents to practice yoga or other exercise while overlooking the pool and gardens.
