Bedrooms:

Three spacious twin bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms), each with French doors opening onto private balconies.

Lounge/Dining:

Large, split-level open-plan lounge/dining room, with French doors opening on to an impressive patio and pool area. The lounge is tastefully furnished with leather sofas, occasional tables, bookcase and storage unit.

For your entertainment there is a DVD player and satellite TV (Sky+ with sports and movie channels). The dining room provides a full size dining table with seating for six.

Kitchen:

The fully fitted kitchen is accessed from the dining area. Modern units are complemented with granite worktops and both the floor and walls are tastefully tiled. The kitchen equipment comprises electric oven and hob with extractor fan, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Cutlery and crockery is supplied for both indoor and outdoor use. There is also a granite breakfast bar with seating situated in a corner of the kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a fully equipped utility room and store room.

There is a family sized washing machine and tumble dryer plus a large fridge/freezer in the utility area. The store room holds the usual cleaning equipment plus an ironing board and iron. Access to the rear of the villa is via the external door from the kitchen. Outside there is clothes drying facilities as well as a built-in barbecue.

Pool/BBQ:

The property’s pool is located at the side of the villa and can be accessed from patio doors from the lounge. The poolside is very secluded and benefits from the sun throughout the day. Poolside loungers, table and chairs for six people and umbrella are also supplied. An outside shower also adds to the attraction of this property.

The barbecue area, located to the rear of the villa, has a traditional brick barbecue with a chimney and easy clean cinder pan. A tiled worktop and sink is also located beside the barbecue making this an ideal location for dining alfresco.
