Record Passenger Numbers into Lisbon

The port of Lisbon beat out its previous records thanks to the 90,000 passengers cruises that docked in the city in October. This number rose by 28 percent from the same time last year.

Spokesmen say that in the last month, the Port of Lisbon hosted over 53 cruise stops, which saw over 76k passengers, over 5k that disembarked, and over 5k passengers that embarked. 15 of the 53 ships were turnaround operations. The Celebrity Silhouette and the Adventure of the Seas cruises sailed out of Lisbon as well.
